New League Pass: Swipe Up to watch end of an NBA game for $1.99

The NBA is looking to diversify the way it delivers its content by adding the option for you to swipe up to access the end of a game through the NBA app by paying a one time $1.99 fee for a 10-minute segment. This way you can decide wether you want to catch the end of the game if things get heated and you will be able to do that on the run. You can also join in the game in the third quarter and decide to increment by 10 more minutes for example.

You will however still be able to pay the $6.99 per game viewing fee to watch it in its entirety. This new feature is rumoured to be introduced in the 2018 – 2019 season.

What do you think? Would you pay for this feature?
